Philip Ammerman

Director, Athens Tech Summit

Philip is a consultant, entrepreneur and investment advisor who has advised start-ups, investors and enterprises on digital disruption, internationalisation and investment-led growth since 1994. He is founder of Navigator Consulting and Numenor Capital.

Philip started his consultancy career in 1992. He supported the first wave of disruption in sectors such as banking and travel between 1995 and 2000, when the first dot.com crash took place. In parallel, he supported “real economy” investments, primarily in industry and manufacturing, that took place in Greece, Central & Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. He has advised on over 480 investment transactions, (including M&A, loans and restructuring) with a total investment value exceeding € 8.0 billion.

​In 2010, he founded the Navigator Entrepreneurship Charter, an initiative to support growth in Europe by investing in 10 new start-ups and spin-offs between 2010 and 2020. This commitment was recently extended to 2030. In this capacity, Philip acts as early stage angel investor and board member, and has co-founded or invested in 12 start-ups so far, mostly in the B2B online services space.

He has consulted the European Commission, the Horizon Programme, the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), the European Innovation Council (EIC), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and others. 

Philip studied at Princeton University and Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labour Relations. He is also a graduate of YCombinator’s Startup School, the Oxford Fintech Programme, the Oxford Venture Finance Programme and the University of Barcelona / Zigurat Institute of Global Technology​

Aina Judyte is Marketing and Operations Manager of Navigator Consulting Group. Her role is to initiate, manage and support our digital marketing initiatives, customer relationship management as well as wider project management, logistics and operations.

 

At ATS, Aina is responsible for speaker coordination, and will be interfacing with all speakers and organizations involved in moderation, presentations and keynotes.

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Athens Tech Summit 

Helene is a highly experienced digital marketer and content manager, with cross-sectoral experience in technology and other business areas. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Sorbonne University and a Master’s in Fashion, Design, and Luxury Management from the Institut Français de la Mode.

 

At ATS, Helene acts as Digital Communications and Marketing Manager, overseeing and supporting digital communication, brand management, content creation, and digital promotion.

Cleopatra Solomonidou

Deputy Conference Producer, Athens Tech Summit 

Director, EventsLab

Cleopatra Solomonidou is a seasoned event strategist based in Cyprus, bringing more than sixteen years of professional experience to her role as Senior Eventologist at Events Lab CY.  

 

Her expertise spans corporate events, team-building initiatives, remote-hybrid engagement programmes, and large-scale networking functions, where she applies her deep understanding of human interaction, experience design and logistical execution. Her skill set blends creative vision with operational discipline: from conceptualising immersive event themes and audience journeys, through vendor negotiation, budgeting, and on-the-ground production.

 

At ATS, Cleopatra acts as Deputy Conference Producer and will be responsible for Registration and Visitor Management.

Pambos Solomonides

Conference Producer, Athens Tech Summit 

Director, EventsLab

Pambos Solomonides is a partner of Navigator Consulting Group, responsible for business development and incubation. He also advises on strategic event management. 

 

His expertise is in the area of innovative sales and marketing campaigns as well as the organisation and management of high-value events and projects. He has managed large-scale corporate training, conferences and incentives, product launches and related projects for Emerson Process Management, HSBC, Vauxhall, OMV, Audi, Renault, the World Rally Championship and others.

​Pambos is responsible for overall conference production, including venue management, audio-visual, food & beverage, logistics and more.
